Many of our clients are smaller companies who have never hired a consultant before.  So understandably, they have fears about price and they also have a lot of questions about what to expect.

 

At Ignite Business Services, our entire focus is on you and your clients.  We believe that your client’s experience with you should be consistent from their very first impression all the way through to customer service.  So we are sticklers for aligning Inside Realities to Outside Perceptions (see article).  This laser sharp focus keeps us on track as we work with your sales, marketing and/or leadership teams.

When we partner with your firm, the first thing we do is take a snapshot of what is going on inside your organization:  we look at sales, marketing, operations, logistics, administration, every department.   We mutually identify areas needing improvement.  Then we get to work

One thing you can be assured of:  We won’t make claims you can’t back up.  If what you want to provide to your clients is different from what you are providing, we start with your Inside Reality.  If your prospects perceive you to be the same as all your competitors, we start with your Outside Perception, helping you identify and then articulate your key differentiators instead of “spinning a story”.

Pricing for our services is project-based or time-based, depending on budget, time constraints and project scope. 

You will get an upfront quote with benchmarks where we both can evaluate our progress and make any changes that are needed. 

At every benchmark, we both have the right to say “go” or “no-go” on the rest of the project. 

This Plan-Do-Check-Adjust approach is particularly helpful in new relationships when we’re still trying to get a feel for how the other operates.
